Christmas Brunch at the Red Barn Tablescape

Christmas Brunch at the Red Barn Tablescape

While my guys are all on a secret mission wrapping their presents, I thought I’d share this morning’s Christmas brunch, red barn tablescape.

Last week, I shared an Enchanting Woodland Tablescape for Christmas & Winter Holiday Meals. Today, I created a second Christmas tablescape using the same plate patterns, but different holiday placements, napkins, glasses and favors.

There is also a new centerpiece that gives the table an entirely different personality. I love mixing things up while setting the table for my family.

It’s fun to turn an otherwise normal meal into a special occasion with a festive tablescape.

A short post today, before we leave for church and enjoy our Christmas Eve and family traditions. (more…)

Enchanting Woodland Tablescape for Christmas Holiday Meals

For the holidays, I’m sharing a favorite winter woodland tablescape. Mixed in the table setting are my everyday dishes and glasses with special Christmas plates, flatware and linens.

But, stealing the scene is a standing wooden deer and toboggan centerpiece.

Serving as table favors at each place setting, are sled and homemade snowflake ornaments.

I’ve used this tablescape for multiple Christmas meals, as well as a post holiday, ‘beat the winter blues’ casual get together.

Today, the casual kitchen table is set for a Christmas cranberry French Toast brunch with my family of four.

Come join us for a holiday outing into the woods.
